By "yourself" how do you mean? Are you buying a lift kit, or are you wanting to make a lift kit?

All of the lift kits I have seen are easy to do for anyone with bare minimum wrenching skills. Depending what brand you go with, you can also find videos on YouTube that can walk you through it.
