Default Does this sound like a problem

Hey everyone. I have a 2007 CC Precedent with 2 yr old 4x12 Trojan batteries in it. I live in Florida and have never had any issues with the cart. But I recently took the cart to GA when I went camping. The road I drove the cart on had a lot of hills and towards the end of one of our rides, the cart had issues making it up hill. The voltage dropped to 29v and the cart was at a crawl. I checked the water in the battery and decided to ensure the batteries were fully charged. We didn't make a trip that long the rest of the time we were there and it seemed fine. When I got home, I decided to take it on a normal run of about 7-8 miles we do in our neighborhood. My voltmeter said the batteries were at a little over 50v. After the 7-8 miles on flat ground, the batteries were at 45v. The cart is lifted and has bigger tires on it. I also have the Code 5 program in it. My wife and I were both in the cart which is about 380lbs. I'm just trying to figure out if this is normal of should I be looking into any issues.

Thanks

Your batteries are showing their age. And when a cart is showing less than 48 v resting voltage. your batteries are on E and need a charge. The jerking or slow rolling is a symptom of dead batteries or no juice getting to motor.

Hills also caused the batteries to discharge more rapidly than on flatlands. The hills coupled with your oversized tires also significantly reduce range.

The problem may have been caused by entering Georgia. We got some mean gremlins down here, little humor my friend. Check them batteries,
