Default Wheels Tires and Lift

I’m looking to upgrade my wheels and tires and possibly lift my 2014 Precedent. I would rather only buy one set of wheels and tires and not figure out I should have gone bigger later. I’m pretty sure I’m going with an All Sports Lift but am trying to decide what to do.

Currently, I am stock height and stock wheels and tires. I use the cart mostly on the street with occasional off road use. I like the speed and the ride of the current set up.

I definitely want to upgrade wheels and tires and was originally planning on keeping the height stock but that really limits my choices. The 6” lift kit combos on All Sports website are really good deals. I have upgraded the speed controller to an Alltrax and will upgrade the motor when I kill the stock motor.

What will a 6” lift do to the ride quality? What about a 4” lift? Is there any discernible difference between the two? Please share your thoughts.

Sounds like you are in a similar spot to me. I have a '16 Precedent and have been researching lifts/tires/wheels for a few months. I think I have settled on a 3 or 4" All Sports Lift, and 12" wheels, but not sure on tire size or style. I too mostly drive on road. I don't want it to sound like a monster truck humming down the pavement. Seems like a 6" lift is really only needed for a 14" wheel setup.
