Default 19?? model caroche info

Does anyone know about my caroche? I can't seem to find out what year it is. The id plate is missing. It appears to be a 1970-73 model, but I am not sure. I cant find the f/r switch wiring diagram anywhere except on vintage, but it's not real clear on there. Need help!

You won't find much on the Karaoke cart.... just take the diagrams for the early DS model and apply it as well as it fits.... It is a 5 solenoid cart? They are about the same except for the body, the brakes, and few other things...Just not enough of them left running I guess? What is the problem with yours?

My f/r switch is different than any I can find. It has a terminal at top, that goes back to the motor, I think this one is right, it has two terminals under it, side by side, one it L shaped. The L shaped one had the red ignition wire on it, I don't know what goes to the other one, but then there is another terminal under those two, all the ones I've seen doesn't have that, and it also has two terminal on the opposite side of all the other ones, that sticks flush thru the cart wall, one is on top of the other one, and appears to have once had some type of lever or connector to it( marks on the wall like this ) that has left a groove. I am not sure what function it serves, but may be my problem, but without a clear diagram, i can't tell. I found the 1970-73 diagram on vintage, but this part is very unclear to me.

Scottyb, I have had mine running, but it's wierd, because, I didn't know it was working and I hit the F/R lever and it took off, I wasn't hitting the accel pedal at all, I later found that someone has bypassed the accel. micro switch. I fixed that today, but it still didn't work right.

None of that sounds familiar.... I'll go to vintage an dlook at the diagram. I searched the NIVEL cataloge and no F&R for your cart....It has fallen out of the parts book! ...later.
Wow. Just got back from Vintage....Wish I had that much info when I restored my first GC!
The diagram for a '74 is clear as a bell! What makes you think you have a '70-73 and not a '74?

THis didn't save and transfer here as good as it looks at vintage..... I would go there and print this!

Try again
Where is the lever?
Where are big cable and small wires?

I have never seen anything like that....maybe someone else will be able to help. Or you could wire it like the '74?

I think the 74 has 4 solenoids, and mine has 5, not sure if that makes much difference or not, I did try to go by the 1974, but wasn't sure if batteries were right, the diagram on vintage, you can't tell whats plus or minus on the batteries, I set mine up like the 74 cart on the batteries. Thanks for your help, let me know if you come up with anything. Thanks!
