Default 96 48v club car has no voltage at solenoid small terminals

So I have an issue with a 96 48v club car. The other day it just stopped moving. I'm pretty sure I narrowed it down to the voltage at the solenoid. I'm not getting any voltage to the small terminals. The ground is good, I jumped the positive post on battery to the other small terminal and the solenoid clicked. The cart jumped when I pressed on pedal. I traced back the wires on that specific terminal, a white/black and a red, but everything looks intact. The white/black runs to a micro switch, with a green/white wire on other end of switch running to the potentimoter. The red wire runs to the controller, small spade terminal labeled 1 in diagrams found on this forum. My question is where does this solenoid terminal get its power from? Does the controller feed along the red wire, or does the black/white feed the power from pontentimoter? No voltage off of either micro switch wire and no voltage at the controller "1" terminal that red wire is ran to.

Sidenote: discovered a burnt wire coming off big post of solenoid running to key switch, green wire, but this wasn't causing the issue. Was still making contact, fixed it and still no voltage at small terminal.

Also, the micro switch that the white/black and green/white are wired to seems to be bad. Suppose to be NC but reads open when not engaged. I replaced switch with a confirmed working one but this still isn't fixing the issue. No voltage off of either wire.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

place positive probe on solenoid small post positive

jack up cart press go pedal r u seeing pack voltage? could be wrong but i dont think those micro switches are nc.......

also dont use the word ground when talking golf cart there is no frame ground it is negative
