Default Precedent and Doubletake Max 5

Hello all,

I have a 2015 Precedent which I recently purchased a Double Take Max 5 rear seat for. I have installed majority of it, and got to the part where I attach my factory front seat to the new Max 5 stand. The holes don't seem to line up at all. I followed the directions to the T but just doesn't seem like it made for it. Has anyone installed this on their precedent and used the factory front seat? I have attached some pics for clarification. Thanks!

Really hard to see but flipping the flat stock around will change the slotted hole position since they're not centered. Just my observation from what i can see, i don't own a cart yet but I'm usually pretty good at solving things one way or another.
Good luck n show a finished product along with how you figufed it out to work.

I appreciate the thought but the bolts aren’t long enough to use the outer slots. Someone in here has to have this setup, Double Take Max 5 rear with factory precedent front seat.

I have the Club Car one and had the same issue. It took me a few to realize the issue. The vertical posts the seat attaches too can flex on the base. Just push each side inward until it fits. It’s not that far off but that resolves it. I thought there was no way until I did that, it worked, and then the rear struts for the top lined up. Correctly.

Easy solution: take a ratchet strap. Wrap strap around each of the roof strut support brackets and have the ratchet aligned in the middle between the two support brackets. Ratchet the straps until it pulls both roof support brackets inward enough to line up the seat bolt holes. Tighten seat bolts to brackets. Then release the straps. Dunzo. Then go out like a OG and Ride and roll like a true gangsta around yo hood.
