Talking Club car Ds jerks forward

Hello folks! Another question about my cart, it’s a electric 1985 club car ds. Has new batteries, I redid the wiring (thanks Sergio!), and has 5 new solenoids. I replaced two of the micro switches in the speed box and the one For forward and reverse. I included two pics, one with the gas pedal in regular position and then I pressed it until I heard the first click. That’s how far you have to press until the cart starts to go, and it jerks whiplash style lol. If you floor it no jerking but I’ll probably lose my back seat passengers to the road lol. From what I’ve read so far is this a pedal adjustment problem on the underside of the cart? Or is it something with the switches? I’m beginning to hate all those switches lol.. any help is appreciated, let me know if any other info you may need to help. I appreciate you guys!

go back over this one wire at a time is about all you can do , might have one crossed or more bad micros ….I would just order all new micros anyway....
and did you adjust pedal linkage ?

I haven’t adjusted it, before I touched it I wanted to make sure it’s ok and if that’s what I should try first? Thank you for the help.

A little bit of a lurch is kinda normal with those older carts, but it sounds like yours is starting on the second or third speed. The pedal adjustment will not cause that. It's either a microswitch issue or one of the solenoids is no good.

Gotcha, I’ll get some
New micros and just switch them all out. I’ll give that a try. Thank you!
