charger will not turn off
my charger stayed at 6 amps until it would shout off in about 15 hours
i have two carts that are the same a0101. i have 52.3 volts on batteries after charger is turned off and i cycle pedal. i swapped batteries and same result. i swapped obc and reset same result. i then started checking voltage. i have battery voltage while charging on red wire to receptacle. i have 1.8953 volts on the gray wire on both sides of fuse. i have 3.190 volts on both sides of the receptacle fuse on the ground wire. still cant get charger to cut off. |

Re: charger will not turn off
Sounds like either someone has bypassed the relay at some point in the past because either an OBC or a relay had failed, or your relay is stuck in the closed position. I would take the cover off of the charger, inspect the relay to make sure it's hooked up correctly. If all looks good, you may need to replace it. If you'll provide us with the model number for your charger we can post a wire diagram for you.
