Where can i buy 30 second timer for Club Car Precedent

I bought a recpro golf cart deluxe street legal light kit, and ended up blowing the 30 second brake timer, Does anyone know where I can get a new one?

Call or email David Hicks aka TahoeDawg. He owns Revolution Golf Carts. He is the only dealer I know to sell replacement parts instead of having to buy the entire kit. Let him know what you need and he can special order it for you. He helped me out with a light kit replacement part and it sounds like that is what you need. But you have to call or email.

Interesting, my timer just went out on mine as well (new in May). When they often fail do they fail open or closed? My brake lights never turn off now.

I recently installed a light kit on my Precedent. It came with the pad type brake light actuator vs the spring and plunger. It worked when I tested the lights before installing them. After install they didn't shut off. The manufacturer sent replacement but I didn't install. I asked about getting the plunger type but they didn't have it. There is no timer, but it also doesn't fit the Precedent well because there is no way to run it down to the harness without creating crush points so I'm not running brake lights. In a campground so I don't need them. I thought the 30 sec timer was only for when you set the cart park break.

It is, or if you sit parked with your foot on the brake for an extended amount of time. We noticed after setting the parking brake and came out a few hours later and the lights were still on.
