Question Onward Homelink

I have a 2018 Onward i just purchased the home link garage-door button.
does anyone have this option installed from factory? looking for where OEM mounts it. my best guess is above steering column next to USB outlet. I just want it to match best i can to OEM.

I would think controller first, burn up the stock motor eventually and then replace.

I took a momentary push button elevator style switch mounted next to the key and wired it up to the micro switch inside of the regular garage door remote. I tossed the remote itself up in the wiring on the usb outlet. Works great. Only annoying part is you have to drop the dash panel to change the battery in the remote.

Now it looks like this.

Default Onward Homelink

This was the first pic I meant to attach. And I was mistaken, it was mounted next to the volt meter.
