Default Club car will not move - help!

I have a 48 volt 2005 Club Car Precedent. Batteries are new and charged. I just replaced the speed sensor and MCOR. The cart will still not move. The solenoid clicks when the pedal is pressed. It starts to move then stops. I'm out of ideas.

put her rear end up on jack stands and test the cart, rotate the wheel while trying to run it, if that don't work, OHM out the motor, plenty of info on that around here. Check your wiring while down there. These test should either find the root cause or alleviate the motor from the equation concerning no-go,
You have solenoid activation, you half way to solving your issue.

It acts like the batteries are dead but they are not. Could the controller or computer be bad? I ran the cart too long and killed the batteries. Pushed it home! The batteries charged back up but it hasn't moved since.

This is probably your problem. Guessing you didn't flip the run/tow switch to tow. It either took out the motor, controller or both. You could try running the motor in the standalone mode by putting it on jack stands and wiring it like the diagram I attached. Leave the motor connected to the cart. Use 2 8v batteries.
