Smile 1995 Club Car 48V

Can anyone point me in the direction of the wiring diagram for a 1995 club car with two solenoids behind the passenger seat? One solenoid was taken off when I got the cart and have not been able to locate the exact diagram showing both solenoids.

Hello kendrickc. Are you sure that is a 1995? If it is a 1995 and it has 2 solenoids somebody has changed something. What is the serial number?

Club Car made 2 versions of the 48 volt cart in 1995. The early versions (about the first 3 months I think) of that year had a 0-5k V-glide style throttle under the seat and a black controller. The later versions had a 5k-0 potentiometer under the cart and a silver colored controller.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not a 100% sure that it's a 1995. I will get the serial number shortly. This is my first cart.

1995 with 2 solenoids unfortunately sounds like a Regen 1 cart:

Until they break. Then you have a problem. No parts availability as they were a early prototypes of a much later and refined model - The IQ carts that began in '02/'03.

How much would it cost to upgrade it to the IQ system? Is it worth it?
