Change the batteries on your multi-meter.

Set the multi-meter to 20vDC.

Clip the positive and negative leads of the meter directly on a single battery positive and negative post.

Drive the cart and measure the voltage as you accelerate.

Repeat the process for each battery.

If all individual batteries read good and the pack voltage drops, You have a bad cable or connection between the batteries.
