Fuse or breaker
Just purchased an Alltrax 400 from Dave at revolution and have been researching the wiring. I see the alltrax wiring calls for an Ann 250 fuse. That is a fast acting fuse is anyone using something else like a resettable breaker? If you are what make and model?

Re: Fuse or breaker
Usually the Alltrax controller will include the needed fuse. The supplied fuse is usually suitable, I have only seen one blow in all the controllers I have installed. I can’t imagine they would be much need for a breaker there.

Re: Fuse or breaker
Unless your controller suddenly draws the full amperage and voltage from the pack in a sudden uncontrolled expected manner, it is unlikely you will blow the fuse. Much less blow it often enough to warrant a breaker versus a fuse.
