Install a cheap digital battery meter and see exactly how low the pack is dipping when the cart is struggling on the uphill. If the pack is dropping from say 48 to 40v then there is 1 or more batteries at fault.
It matters not what the pack voltage is at rest - but what they measure under load.

Take your GPS for a ride on your cart. Go up the nearest hill and let us know the actual speed of your cart going up the hill and on level ground.

Serial number will help too
Mine starts out A9926-27.....
Gives info of the carts specs.

Battery brand & date?

Bigger cables help. At least #4 cable
Clean connections
