Default Problems with sr48500 and solenoid install

03 club car ds and ordered the kit from Scotty with the 2g cables. Already had a mot-a1 motor. I thought I hooked everything up according to the diagram but there is no power to the controller (assuming so since no LED). Wondering what I did wrong, any help is appreciated...

It looks at first glance everything is hooked up right. The stacking on the terminals with both small and big wires attached needs to be addressed. The Biggest lug needs to be placed on the terminal first with the smallest on top.

Have you got a meter? Can you test to see if there is 48v between the 2 small posts on the solenoid when you try to go?
I assume no power and no click. Let us know.

Take a close look at the small diode the banded end should be towards the red wires.

I'm thinking that one of the red wires on the small terminal should be on the b+ side of the large terminal which connects to the tow run switch and on to the key switch...

Will work on that with the wires. 0V when trying to go, no power still but I can hear the throttle click when i step on the gas. Each battery still reading 8.4V. For the wiring from the negative terminal with the OBC mine was set up weird, there was a cable from the negative end of the battery drilled through the OBC and attached to the factory controller but it was just the cable running straight through it, then a smaller black lead coming out the back of the OBC attached to the factory controller. So I did the cable #7 direct from the battery to the controller and used the same lead coming out of the OBC on the same terminal on the alltrax.

Reduce your picture size 50% before posting more. All the pics you posted are HUGE and can only be viewed by opening in a new tab.
As far as bypassing the OBC with the Main battery (-) cable is concern this amounts to an OBC bypass which requires additional wiring changes and a smart charger. Let us know if that is your intention at this time.

As somebody posted- one or some of the red wires may belong on the solenoid big post. Please repost the reduced pics so we can have an better look. Also there looks to be a black wire near the solenoid which is not connected?

sorry about the pic size, it was the imgur default when i uploaded from my phone and i don't see an edit button on those posts to delete the pictures.

One of the small reds was the culprit, i hooked that up and now it works just fine!

I just wired the OBC like it was before doing any of this, i don't intend to bypass it but i didn't see anywhere to tie into it and it looks like it wasnt tied in before. Before I also had a delay when plugging into the charger before it clicked and started charging, now it just charges as soon as i plug it in.

So how do you know which red wires go to the big post on top of the solenoid? I know the small post gets a red wire from the controller and a black/white wire to some switch, those go on the + small post. A yellow wire from the OBC goes to the - of the small post. The big post has 2 small red wires, one from the OBC and one from the reverse buzzer. Also a small green wire goes to the big post on top? Are all of these wires in the loom, just pull them out, install a spade connector and connect?

The red wire that goes on the big post is the same red wire that was on the big post originally. If you lost track it is the red wire with the BIG ring terminal.
Some solenoids use rings and some spade connectors so yes you may need to change wire connectors if going from one to the other.
