That is screwy alright. The motor rpm reading just goes to zero... mostly at 100% throttle. Looked like it was all over the map. Sometimes not responding then sometimes going on 0 input

Did somebody modify this file? I've not seen a PD+ file to compare it to.

Can You upload the raw file with the other columns?

To allow us to put context on the log, what were you doing with the pedal during the test?

If You can log a single run gradually accelerating all the way down and hold it down until the problem happens, it would eliminate user introduced rpm changes in the log entries.

during the test i was trying to keep foot as consistant as i could, but the surging was bad.
was chatting with pingeye about this, seeing if i have a bad pack or it might be the stock wire harness since this was happening before the motor controller mcor4 upgrade.

what do you mean by modify. only thing i changed on the alltrax software was regen to 100, reverse throttle to 20%, speed curve, and throttle set to mcor.

I push throttle down and 1/4 the way selenoid clicks. I have to push the throttle down to 3/4 to get the cart to start moving.

Did you say you changed the MCOR? Maybe the wires or connection is faulty?

No worries - this time we got the full file.

What kind of battery pack is in it? Lithium?

In the file it looks like the pedal signal is erratic.
Sergio, do you agree?

I swapped over to the mcor4 from the pie box. In the alltrax settings selected mcor. When converting to the mcor4 the directions said yellow, white and purple go to ne connector. Matched up the number and colors as per directions and the throttle percentage was backwards. 0 was 100 and 100 was 0. Worked out the issue and had to reconfigure the wires. Attached pic below. It is a 7 leaf module with zeva bms and a 240 gigavac. Alltrax xct500 400amp bandit motor

I would double check that MCOR connection, if You have the wiper (yellow) mixed with the Negative (purple/white), it would start right but then gradually short the Altrax throttle input as the pedal goes down.

Do a quick test to verify it is wired correctly:
1) Unplug the 3-pin connector.
2) Find the wire in the harness 3-pin connector that goes to pack negative.
3) Measure the resistance between the other two wires on the MCOR side to make sure it reads close to 5k and it changes down to 100 as the pedal goes down.
