Default Reviving a 2004 DS Looking for Guidance

Hi! I have lots of experience with golf carts but have been perplexed by the Club Car IQ system on a 2004 DS. This started as a junket left to rot so I was basically starting with a frame and a body. I have replaced all the batteries, cables, motor, solenoid, and MCOR. The factory Curtis controller seemed good and it goes forward just fine. In reverse it will nudge backwards but then the solenoid disengages and it cuts off. Put it in forward and all is fine again, but still can’t get the solenoid to stay on in reverse to actually back up. What do I need to look at first? I would think that the microswitch would be the culprit but it is built into the brand new throttle. I get a reverse buzzer so I know I get power switching through the rocker switch. What would you suggest I look at?

Try swapping the F1/F2 cables (after disconnecting the Pack and being in Tow) and see if it now does it in Forward. If so, it is a bad FET in the controller. If not, we need to look at other items...

Seems likely to be a bad controller, but could also be a poor connection at the motor or worn brushes in the motor.
