Default Club Car Precedent Main Positive and Negative

Hi all. From the battery pack, the main positive and main negative from the cart travel from the batteries to where? I’m trying to replace the last 2 cables from upgrading to 2ga. Do I have to remove the batteries? Thanks in advance.

I think You have the white controller with the ERIC charger...

The positive goes to the Solenoid and the Negative to Controller B-.

Both of those cables have "combo crimps" with more than the cable on the other side.

You will need some 5/16" ring connectors for those other wires that are crimped together with the cables being replaced.

Make sure when you stack the ring connectors back on the Solenoid and controller B- that You put the large cable lug first (for less resistance to current transfer) then the smaller ring connectors on top of the cable lug.

Ok just finished the main positive and negative cable install. Thanks for the help. Any other cables I need to change? All 6 batteries are done as well.

On a cart with a Sepex system like the Precedent, the two cables that carry the most current are the ones from the Controller to Motor A1 and A2 post.

They need to be the first ones to get upgraded.

The Controller to Motor field 10ga wires are fine and don't benefit from over sizing so should only need replacement if they are damaged.
