Club Car DS Tire and wheel conversion to 12 "Trailer Tires

Still looking for feedback from any one who has actually tried this on an old school 36V resistor Cart. My only concern would be too much loss of torque. Keep in mind only on flat pavement use, no hills at all. Picture attachedClub Car 12 iinch Trailer Tires.jpg of such a conversion.

I saw a cart in Bradenton Fl that had that set up , gave me a good chuckle for the afternoon.

That is not my cart, just a picture of what it would look like. Still looking for feed back from anyone who has driven a 36 volt resistor cart with 12 inch wheels
