Finally got the new battery trays welded in.

Now gotta install batteries and all my new upgraded cables. While I'm at it, I may replace the spade connectors and shrink wrap them just for peace of mind.

Got some of my lights in the mail today. Got my red LED light to replace the reverse buzzer, got my green LED fog lights, and my 10" LED light bar. Also got a few of my rocker switches in the mail.

Hopefully this weekend I can get the batteries re-installed and get all my HD wiring hooked up so I can start charging the batteries again. If I get that done, may install the voltage reducer and start wiring up the cart again!

Thanks! Wish it could move a little faster, but we are in the dead of winter here, no rush I suppose.

So today, I got some of the wiring done. Got the 48v to 12v reducer installed in the factory location. Got the wires ran and the ring terminals installed. Got the + and - from the reducer ran up to the dash area and connected to my fuse box/buss bar. Decided to cut the openings in the dash for the volt meter and the 4 gang rocker panel holder. After getting them installed in the dash, I wired them up. I wired all of the grounds into one lead to plug into the buss bar. The other switches are ready to be connected to the + fuse block and to the driving lights, LED light bar, and green LED fog lights (sasquatch lights!)

Got a little more done to the cart this weekend.

Got a new tie rod with tie rod ends installed. Got my new steering gear box with draglink and ball joint installed. Once those were installed I set my camber and then my toe. Finally got the suspension ready to go I think.

Got the factory steering wheel removed and it was much easier than anticipated. Got the new dash installed and wired up my volt meter and the reverse indicator light. Went ahead and ran the ground from all my rocker switches and the power from the fuse box to each individual switch. I have to wait until I put the front clip back on in order to get the fog lights and light bar wired up completely since they are mounting to my brush guard. I'm trying to figure out this monstrosity of a wiring harness that RHOX sent out. I really just want to cut the plugs for the headlights and tail lights off and wire them directly to my rocker switch, but they have 3 wires going to each plug. 1 red 1 black and 1 random color. Anyone know what this 3rd wire is??

So how would I wire this up to just a + and a - lead? Do I leave out the colored wire? Do I splice it in with the positive?
