You can op[erate the micros by hand and hear the faint click....no click = not working.... also check the switch with a voltmeter even if it does click..... should be power in & power out. Simple on/off switching.

I have trouble typing what is in my head

The reverse power feed(green on mine, red on yours) goes to the positive battery post on the battery, iin the center group of two batteries, the one on the drivers side. right where it is on the picture of yours I edited up a few posts. I just couldn't tell exactly where yours was hooked up on the f/r switch from your pictures, so I added a picture of mine for you. On mine it is the green tape striped cable.

Any better???

NOTE:

As Ox just pointed out to me my diagram has a Positive charger connection location suitable for the "full power reverse" option ONLY.... If the half power reverse power cable is installed to the middle of the pack then the POS charger connection needs to be at the end of the pack or the passenger side bottom lug on the F&R ...... See that? I run all my carts full power reverse because we only drive off-road. And there is nothing more frustrating than getting stuck in the sand or mud then finding half power when you try to back out!!!! Good eye OX

Thumbs up Re: Club Car 36 volt electric no reverse

Ok hello everyone thanks for the help. I have found the problem there was a wire in the wrong place on the f/r switch. It was a small red wire that was in the wrong place which i found by looking at the picture that OX posted.Again thanks everyone you saved me alot of headache. And if anyone has a honda vehicle with a problem I have worked for them for 15 years so i probably have seen it and can help.

Thanks Scott
