Identify My Meter
I purchase a pre-owned 1999 Club Car DS that has a battery meter installed. It's a series of horizontal LEDS, whereas the more lights to the right, the higher the available voltage. This meter also functions as a clock and thermometer. Does anyone have info on this meter? It doesn't have a name on it that I can tell, so I can't search for any documentation.
I need to know how to set the clock and more importantly understand why it only has ever shown the 2-far left RED leds flashing back and forth. I've never seen any of the other leds lights to indicate a full charge, although my batteries seem to be charging fine. |

Re: Identify My Meter
I'll be of no help identifying the mfr, but to correct the charge level reading you may want to try this. Charge pack completely. Then remove power from the meter. Go enjoy a cold one then come back and reconnect to power. This "usually" resets the meter to factory defaults and has worked on a couple of different meters I've had to reset.

Re: Identify My Meter
Just wanted to update this thread and bring it to closure. I did as suggest and removed power from the meter, let it reset, then set it and it's now showing all the LED bars indicting a full charge. Thanks for the help.

Re: Identify My Meter
The solution. I still don't know the make/model of the meter, but at least it's working now.

Re: Identify My Meter
Is this the meter you have??? If so, you might give them a call and see if a manual is available..

Re: Identify My Meter
It's similar to that one and I had already downloaded that manual and wiring diagram. That also helped me in resetting it after cycling power.
