LCD Batt. Indicator

I have hooked up an LCD batt. charge indicator and it seems to work with one exception. On a full charge it reads full, and as I use the cart the bar wears down...normal...right? Ok, once I charge the batts. the LCD remains in the same pos. and takes a few days to reset...is this normal?

That doesn't sound normal at all. I'm not familiar with those models. I would call or email the manufacturer and ask.
