Have you checked the wires from charger to the plug?

I put new diodes in the charger, the charger co says it should be fine
but I am thinking that almost has to be the problem, I am looking for
someone at my golf club who may have the same charger and try that.

Ok I unhooked all the smaller wires from the batteries, and looked everywhere
for a wire grounded to the frame, nothing grounded but still the fuse blows.
the main cord looks good but maybe there is a short in it.
i will try to remove the cord and just plug in the plug and see what happens.
This is a very strange problem I can't be the first to have it.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated
