Question need help in a bad way

1999 48 volt club car maybe moves an inch or 2 then stops.i've changed controllers,resistors,batteries are good but i noticed solinoid is not clicking and resistor is to hot to touch.any answers?thanks jmj1975

Grab a wiring diagram from the stickies and trace the power sources for the solenoid, checking the micro switches etc. If the solenoid is getting power and not working replace it ...You can also put it on jacks and jumper it to verify .... I think the voltmeter method is safer.

i tried to jump the solenoid but when i did i pushed the pedal and it went but burnt up the micro switch.
