Default golf course cars for sale

hi guys, very newbie here. Need advice and help.I just got interested in carts, and know NOTHING about any of them. Now, in a local sale paper, a local golf course is selling 36 carts. I called and was told they were all club cars,36 volts. All have chargers, good tires and tops. Some with flip windshields some without. All have batteries of 05 06 or 07.He said they were basic carts.seats were recovered on some. Now you know as much as I do about them. O yea the price is $1200 each.He led me to believe maybe a little less, I dont know. There 1997 and 1998 models. What do you experts think? Seems like I read somewhere the 97s or maybe it was 98s had problems. Im going tomorrow to look. Anything I should look for?? Thanks, geezer

Well it depends if you want to upgrade it for speed or just something to trash around in. If your looking at fixing it up go with the 48volt CC!!! just my thoughts

From what I heard 48 volt is the way to go. I bought a junker and have to replace batteries and get a charger so far. I bought it for 500 bucks and will have about 1500 after I am done. But it will have alot of new parts, batteries, and some good add ons. 1200 isn't bad for a running cart though.
