Cool Help with serial number!!

I have a old Club Car and I was trying to determine what year it was and any other information on it. The serial number on the frame of the cart is A7934 05766. I determined it to be a 1979 model by the sticky posts refering to year models.. Is this correct or not?? Is this cart considered a Caroche??? It does have the weird looking front end!! I will add pics tomorrow...

If nobody can verify this for you, call Club Car. I started to, then realized it was Sat.!
1-800-clubcar. Ask for parts dept or technical services. You don't have to be a dealer to ask questions. I bother them all the time. tony
