I don't think you realize how much ground has been covered by 3 mechanics here......
We have disconnected all systems except the drive system in this POS to help isolate the problem to the drive system. We put in a known good controller, a new controller, a new MCOR, 2 known good OBCs, new speed sensor, and A New Motor.
I have reset the obc, like, 5 times each?
What do you suggest that I have overlooked?

I will let you all know what fixes this..... or show pics of the fire

We just can't think of a thing more to do except replace the wire harness or strip and test it?

I missed where you replaced the solenoid, what is the possibility of it making and breaking contact.

You've probably tried this but maybe hardwire your volt meter to different spots to see if your still getting voltage to that point when it cuts out?

Okay .... Jim, I had to adjust up the brakes. 4 wheel brakes and only 1 working so I set the rears to work correct and loaded some trash bags on it off down the drive to the dumpster...... saw the neighbor flying a new RC. So, over there i ventured now she isn't cutting out any more. Now it is a reverse buzzer warning? The warning is like the roll away warning but twice as fast.... the cart continues to run now while it makes this rapid beeping sound from the reverse buzzer.

Anyone know what this CODE means? I think we may be getting somewhere? ( guardedly optimistic )

So the brakes were causing it to cut out? ( I guess it was over loading it so the motor shut down?)

You can always disconnect the buzzer

The brakes were so loose only one worked and they were near non-existant so doubt they had anything to do with it except caused me to drive it around the barn a couple of times to test my adjustments...? Maybe driving reset something cause now it will run but over 1/2 speed the rapid beeping occurs until you release the gas peddle.....I do need the beeper code info from CC.... google can't find it? Who has CC manual? Lockman?

Is that rapid beeping increase and decrease with the speed of the motor or just rapid beeping at the same rate until you release the throttle?
