Default Need more power!

I just purchased my first cart today. It is a 03 IQ club cart 48V. It is already lifted with 23" tires on it. I will post some pics when I get a chance tomorrow. My question is, is there anything that I can do to this thing to get more power/speed. I will be using this thing to tow my 3200 lb race car back and forth to the trailer. Nothing major other than that. Thanks in advance guys.

look at the site sponsors and price out controllers in the 700A range, upgrade your cables to 4 gauge cables and then do some research on motors, I am not sure about upgrade motors for the IQ systems, but im sure they are out there....Im thinking you are looking in the 1500 to 2000 range...but you can go in steps. Do the controller and cables first and see what you think...then decide if you want a TORQUE OR SPEED motor, but do the cables when you do the controller upgrade.

There are also vendors out here which can rewind your motor for more Torque or more Speed and also trick the programming in the IQ controller into thinking it is set to MAX.
