Can ya be more specific. Are ya sayin' it won't mount up to the cart, or it is on the cart and the sides are bowed out?

The body and the paint should be semi flexible. Set it out in the sun for a couple of hours before you do the install.
It should be fine if only 1 1/2" bowed.
Don't the two sides fit in a groove?
Can ya post any pics?

Wait, I'll go ask my mother in law, hers is bowed out at the bottom also! Bawahahaha!!!!

To help warm it cover it with black plastic let set for several hrs., makes it warmer than just setting in sun.
