To think ahead you should look behind...

Re-read my previous post quoted directly from Lester which states exactly what to do if it isn't the fuse...

i have confirmed the charger works.. if the fuse under the plastic cover on the back of the charging socket on the cart is not blown.. then wouldn't it be a cart problem?

i took it to the shop and tried it on one of their cars and it worked fine..
brought it back home and tried it and it started working .. go figure...some of the other posts suggest bypassing the low voltage sensor.. maybe the batteries are too low in charge

So just to clarify, I'm a little slow
You have a 48 Volt 2000 CC with 4 12 Volt Batteries ?

I'm still confused , with 8 Volt batteries all reading 8.5 Volts
They are at 100% I do not think the charger should come on ?????

If so only for a a few seconds then cycle Off ???

if the cart drives.. then drive it around for a couple of hours and then plug it in.. and see what happens
