neighbors cart...
hey guys, i know people have posted about this kind of stuff before but everyone says something different. well my neighbor has an 04 or 05 Club Car, its got a 5 inch lift, and a cargo bed. he is willing to spend $2000 to get more torque and speed. what is the best combo to get both for that price? all electronics are stock.

Re: neighbors cart...
For $2000 he can have someone else put a motor, controller, and 4ga cables in it... have the batteries load tested first..... be sure they are not going to be a weak link in the system......

Re: neighbors cart...
ok well what are some "waterproof" products. its not worth putting money into it if its going to crap out as soon as some water hits it. if the products arent waterproof then how do people waterproof them?

Re: neighbors cart...
haha thats why i put waterproof in quotes. im talking of controller, Forward Reverse switch and the rest of the things underneath the seat that could potentially get wet

Re: neighbors cart...
All those are waterproof to the point to none can stand to be submerger, all leak.
you can squit them with a hose as long as you don't saturate anything including the Sealed motor :))) |

Re: neighbors cart...
ok cool, well what are some exact parts that would make this cart have as much speed and torque? controller, motor, Forward Reverse Switch, and or something else. it would help if he could get some mileage out of the cart as well

Re: neighbors cart...
What is the Model/Serial # of the cart this dictates what Mods can be made and how much they cost $$. But for $2,000 you can get a decent amount of speed and torque.
GPS it on flat ground and post speed results . |
