I'll answer your question. LVS sales carries the 36/48 volt charger. LVS themselves doesn't have a very good rep but the charger is OK.

Yes, this charger will work for both carts as long as the charge receptacle is the same. You could even make an adapter. People wire around the OBC when they use these chargers for OBC equipped carts.

I have one of the 36/48 chargers from LVS, very pleased with it. Haven't had to deal with them as far as a complaint, hopefully I won't. If I remember right (short term memory is shot ) I think I paid $240 for it...shipped.
