Re: 99 Club Car motor noises ???
Motor centering device, I think will cure most of your problems. If it makes a noise when you lighly press the accel pedal, or at a low speed, it is a common issue, and the "motor centering device" will cure that problem. You do need to check your year car, as some of you have a glued in ring, which you just need to remove the plastic guide ring, clean it out real good and glue it back in. On later years, they did away with the ring, and on those you need the kit. 13 bucks, and 20 minutes to install. I recommend however to not install the new bearing. Now you may have too, but install all the other parts of the kit first and run the car. If you get the bearing noise at that point then you would need to go back in and install the new bearing.
