i have a newer 48 volt cub car. one day it decided not to move? baterries had 48 volts across then, headlight was bright. i figured out the solinoid was bad in the back. by the time i got the part, baterries were lower. now when i plug the charger in, the charger doesn't come on. any ideas

What year Club Car? Ds or Precedent? IQ, Powerdrive or the V-Glide?
