Default 04 CC Curtis Controller wiring

Okay, I took the controller out of my cart trying to diagnose another issue, I really didn't pay attention to the wires when I unhooked them because I have a repair manual. Just my luck, the manual doesnt include my 2004 CC DS. It doesnt show this controller. Well I figured all of them out except 2. Not sure about the orange and blue wires. Which one goes on S1 and which one goes on S2? Anybody familiar with this? Thanks

When I get home I will check the neighbor's cart and see what his looks like. The cart is a Precedent, but may have the same coding.

As I started my upgrade project, I made photos of the controller hookups. I hope the attached pictures will help.

I think the only thing that will happen if the orange and blue wired are reversed is the cart will run backwards. They provide field current to the motor.

Please, someone quickly correct me if this is wrong. pjs
