It was doing it at 100%. That is why I turned it down to see if that was the problem. It would do about 21mph at 100% and it does just a little over 14mph now. The only time it has the problem is from about 3-7mph which is the speed that i am usually going because of the rough terrain. I will be going out to check traps in a little while and will ride for a while and report back later this evening.
Thanks for the help.

ok. Here is what i got:

Temperature: 101 degrees
Starting Pack voltage: 51.3
Ending pack voltage: 50.9
Distance traveled: 4.74 miles
Moving avg: 4.2 mph
Time moving: 1:07:17
Max speed: 12.6mph

This is the first time I have GPS'd since turning my Max Amps down to 75%(375A). I lost about 2mph from top speed but that doesn't matter to me. I drove at all different slow speeds and never had the jerking today. I don't understand it but i seem to have better low-end torque also. Can anyone make sense of this?

Thanks,
BAF

I don't know enouugh about it. This is my first cart. I was thinking though, i wonder if it is because of the throttle response setting on the controller? Maybe the problem is when trying to hold the speed right on the spot where it is set to start ramping up? I will try to post the graph of the throttle response this afternoon when i get home from work. Just a thought that probably has no merit. Only thing i can think of at this point with my limited knowledge and experience.
