charging problems
i have anewer club car. 48 volt. one day it decided not to move. batteries read 48 volts across them and headlight was bright. eventually i figured out that the solenoid was bad. by the time i got it, batteries were low and now my charger wont turn on. however, the charger did not come on when the batteries were up. if i remeber correctly, the charger used to do a little something even when charge was up. please help with any ideas, family is mad at me without our golf cart

Re: charging problems
What year is your cart and what charger do you have.
Search and read up on OBC and OBC bypass. The battery pack Voltage for a 48 Volt cart needs to be 36+ Volts to tell the charger to come on. |
