Default charging problems

i have anewer club car. 48 volt. one day it decided not to move. batteries read 48 volts across them and headlight was bright. eventually i figured out that the solenoid was bad. by the time i got it, batteries were low and now my charger wont turn on. however, the charger did not come on when the batteries were up. if i remeber correctly, the charger used to do a little something even when charge was up. please help with any ideas, family is mad at me without our golf cart

What year is your cart and what charger do you have.

Search and read up on OBC and OBC bypass.

The battery pack Voltage for a 48 Volt cart needs to be 36+ Volts to tell the charger to come on.
