roof height w heavy duty rear springs?
hey guys -
anybody have a cc iq ds with an allsports 6" lift, 12 inch wheel 23 inch tire combo, flip flop rear seat and heavy duty rear springs? If so what's your roof height at the rear of the roof with those springs? I want to make sure my cart will fit in the storage room before I add the heavy duty 4 leaf springs. thanks |

Re: roof height w heavy duty rear springs?
Hi, Do you have all the other stuff on and just want to know how much more those springs will raise it?...Oh... I just noticed its a CC. If they have leaf springs the HD version will have two more leafs and the same bend. Theoretically it should only raise it 1". Then you need to consider the old springs sag. Hopfully no more than an inch. That would be about two inches higher.
Now that is based on experiene with leaf springs on EZ GO's. It may not be accurate for your club car. If it uses leafs that should be close. Hope it helped a little. Keep a compressor in your store room and almost flatten the tires to pull it in and inflate when you want to use it. Just a thought. |
