Default 1995 36v clubcar non resistor

this cart is wired correctly battery-wise. throttle microswitch clicks when pedal is depressed solenoid gives a hearty thump, all fuses are ok, batterys are brandnew.cart will not budge. what else can i look for? thanks for any help.

Working on one today that has all the symptoms and results you give. The problem is that even though the solenoid thumps, it does not feed current through. Disconnect the wire on the side that goes from the solenoid to the controller and see if it has current flowing through it when you mash the go pedal and the selonoid goes thump. Mine didn't and I replaced the selenoid and now it runs fine. The contacts inside burn off and don't make a circuit. $35.00 part.

while your at the solenoid jack rear up and jump large posts on solenoid see if cart runs........even a good clicking solenoid can be bad..............................
