cannot turn off power
on a 2000 club car, with key off, I can still move the car for. and rev.. With key switch disconnected, same thing. . with selonoid disconnected, there is 0 ohms between the large terminals on the selonoid, there is continuity between the small terminals. Batteries are good. I'm gonna replace the selonoid unless anyone can help

Replace the solenoid . It is welded closed
