Default 85 club car

I found a club car on craigs list cheep, needs bateries, solenoids, resistors, cables, charger. I am new to carts and need some advise. can this be upgraded to 48v, will i need a new motor, do you guys think I can get it running for $700?

NO I don't think so. Figure the cost of a set of batteries. A HD solenoid, Cables, Controller, pb-6, Prolly needs upholstry, paint, Tires,misc. Just my thoughts .... Shop around and price those things.... then you will have a better idea of what it all involves ......

true true

I bought it anywaylol

it was basically a rolling chassy, body is ruff, no f/r switch, no batteries, no solenoids, no cables, no key, I don't know what the go peddle is supose to hook to what ever that is it aint their eather. but after battling the traffic and now on 25 hrs with no sleep I was not leaving their without it!

I will worry about the cash later, now i need a plan, is their a thread out their that would have a complete parts list of what i would need to build it to run on 48v. Keep in mind that I have nothing to start with just the motor and shaft coming from the go peddle.
