I replaced everything and still had a problem similar to yours. I ended up following the wires that run from the Tow/Run switch up the wiring harness toward the controller. At one point in this harness, about at the point where you start going behind the rear batteries, there is a spot where wires are heat shrinked together. There was a break in the wires under the heat shrink. I was very proud of myself for finding this one. I feel for you because I know how it feels to come across something like this. It can take alot of beer and patience.

....that may be it....I am hoping .No..... I'm praying that is it
I will have to wait till late tomorrow to get to this but lots of hope right now, Thank you for sharing that .... I will report what I find so please check back Mr 55 IQs

I have found problems with IQ's in the same place. Actually there are a few places in the harness that have a sonic weld and are then heatshrinked. We are on the coast and have issues with salt water corrosion on wiring and connections. Also, Clubcar had a problem with the IQ's just dying while they were being driven. The cart would act as if you switched it off or put it in neutral or reverse while driving. The fix was a part called a "drop out harness" that went inline past the "tow/run" switch.
Not sure if this will help....just a thought
