I think you guys nailed it. All that wiggling,...I must tripped the 15amp breaker on the charger. I w-40'd, flipped the breaker and it appears to be charging as normal. The receptical is probably going? The yellow light is off...maybe that sucker is smarter than we think! Anyway, thanks for the help.

Not necessarily.

It could just have been dirt and crud buildup over time making it hard to create a connection..

Question Re: yellow batt. light

Ok, cart charges to 52.3volts after about 20hrs. Charger never drops below 5...what does this mean? After running the cart about 1mile volts drop to 49.1(Not too bad right) All batts. have tested indivdialy and test the same 8v+. What do you guys think, these t-875 are hanging in there right?

forgive me if i missed it but what year is the cart? i have seen the OBC go bad where it would not let the charger shut off and would just really overcharge and ruin the batteries........how old are the batteries? i have seen this several times this year on 98,s and 99,s and by replacing the OBC the charge cycly goes back to normal charger shuts off and cart runs fine.......when your charging the cart after a few hours start feeling things........feel the charger feel the end where it plugs into the cart lift the seat feel the charge receptical and feel all the cables......see if you have any heat build-up.............................................
