Then I definitely wouldn't spend too much on an upgrade. You can also make your own 4 gauge cables. There's lot's of information here on how to do it, just use the 'search' function and spend the day reading!

The conversion to solid state speed control for this cart is nearly identicle to the v-glide and resistor carts CC made from 89-94.

Ok thanks for all the help so far..I'm not comfortable making my own 4 ga cables.lol..but I do think I can install them..I can't find the person on sight..does anyone know his username?? Thanks a bunch
