Default Hold On!

So i finally go the cart working for those of you who dont know its a 1982 cc 5 solenoid cart. I replaced all 5 solenolids and rebuilt the box with the micro switches upgraded wires to 4g blah blah blah. -ics of it are in one of my threads. so i tapped the gas and i think the front 23 in tires left the ground?! So i put the seat on it and put it in rev to get out of the garage and bam whiplash! I actually could feel the axle wrap under the cart! It was crazy i thought that might have something to do with me hooking the rev wire to 24v cause it was like a turtle before, but then i put it into forward and it snapped my head back again! What the heck i was thinking mayb e the first microswitch is not working and it skips the first solenoid and starts the cart at a higher voltage ? Not sure any ideas ? It is fast though i know that wow no joke. I wonder if it has torque i will find out tomorrow its going on a picnic! Any insight would be great.

Careful when running the motor on jacks. Prolonged or high revs can cause interesting flack damage when the pieces hit your garage walls or the old body!!

Ok boys i figured it out. the micro switches slide in to the aluminum box and the rear of them are held together witha tiny bilt and nut when i rebuilt the box the bolt did not go through the micro switches it went on top of them and pushed them downward in turn making all the switches come on right away when accelerator was pushed making it go right to 36v. It is all working awesome a lot of torque and pretty fast its awesome!

This is a good example of why you always want to test fire these carts on jack stands ... Lucky nothing was broken or hurt
