down hill break and speed code

Ive searched for hrs with no luck so here goes. How do i turn off the down hill breaking system and how do i change the speed code to 3 on my 00 IQ cart(48v).

You either must have the IQDM-P (IQ display module-programmer) or take your cart to a dealer or tech. that has one. This will allow you to change the pedal up mode and speed setting.
