Wont hurt to check it all out. That way you will lear more about your cart.
LOL, i do believe you are correct roady: diodes? resistors? little electrical thingies?

I just spent 3 days moving to a new house, I'm brain dead...

I have found the shuddering symptom, to be pretty common to a bad battery, or a battery post that has a poor connection, as in a weak battery or severly corroded, and loose wires on the battery posts.

When the accelerator is pushed all the way down quickly, the system is calling for a Heavy current load....... and when the pedal is eased down slowly the current demand is not so great allowing the vehicle to move smoothly. Hence, no over current conditions, when there is not enough available.

Just FYI....... Good Luck!!!
